Construction Calculator — Terms of Use

These terms apply to the mobile app Construction Calculator (on the App Store: Calctera: Construction Calc) published by Heppsu Consulting EOOD. By installing or using the app you agree to them.

Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app. The terms of the store you downloaded it from (Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement or the Google Play Terms of Service) apply in addition to these terms.
Free and paid calculators
Part of the calculators is free. The rest is sold as one-time purchases — by pack (a category of calculators) or all at once. A purchase is not a subscription: it does not renew and does not expire.
The price is the one shown in the App Store or Google Play for your country, in your currency, including applicable taxes. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. A purchase made on one store account is restored on any device signed in to the same account with "Restore purchases"; it does not transfer between the App Store and Google Play.
The app may offer a voluntary one-time contribution to support the project. It unlocks nothing and is not required for any function.
Results are estimates
The calculators give indicative quantities and dimensions using commonly accepted formulas and typical values. They do not take into account the specifics of your site, materials or local building regulations, and they do not replace a design, a structural calculation or the opinion of a qualified professional. You are responsible for checking every result before ordering materials or carrying out work.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of the app's results, or from the app being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement, nor our liability for intent or gross negligence.
Changes to the app
We may add, change or withdraw calculators and features, and we may stop distributing the app. Calculators you have purchased remain unlocked for as long as the app is available in the store you bought them from.
Personal data
The app collects no data about you. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also enjoy the mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence. We prefer to resolve any issue directly — write to support@heppsu.com first.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is published at this address with a new date. Continued use of the app after that date means acceptance of the new terms.
