Construction Calculator (sold as Calctera: Construction Calc on the App Store) collects no data about you. There is no account, no server of ours, no advertising and no analytics. Every calculation happens on your device.

Who is responsible

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, no crash reporting and no third-party libraries that send data anywhere. It asks for no device permissions.

What stays on your device

• the values you type into the calculators and their results, including history and favourites;
• your settings — language, unit system (metric or imperial), theme and currency for cost estimates;
• which calculator packs you have purchased and whether you have already been asked to support the project.

All of it lives in the app's storage on the device and never leaves it. Uninstalling the app erases it.

The only network connection: purchases

The app connects to the network solely to show prices and to complete a purchase — of a calculator pack, of all calculators, or of the voluntary one-time "support the project" contribution. That connection goes directly to the App Store or Google Play, never to a server of ours.

Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see or store your name, address, card or any payment details; we receive only aggregate sales reports in which no individual buyer appears. Purchases are restored through your store account with "Restore purchases" — that record is held by the store, not by us.

Children

The app is a professional tool. It is not directed at children and is not offered as a children's app. In any case it collects no data from anyone.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to give, correct or delete — your data exists only on your device, under your control. If you believe otherwise, write to support@heppsu.com; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or with the supervisory authority in your country.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new date.
