These terms are the agreement between you and Heppsu Consulting Ltd for the use of My Concert Buddy. By using the app you accept them.

1. What the app is

My Concert Buddy keeps your concert tickets on your phone, turns the screen into a visible sign (help, water, your own message, a torch), lets a group light their phones in one colour, records the concerts you have been to, and lets you share your position with a friend for a limited time.

2. What the app is not

The signal screens are a way to be seen by the people around you. They are not an emergency service. In a real emergency call the emergency number for the country you are in. Nothing in this app reaches the police, a hospital or event security by itself.

Location sharing sends a single point, chosen by you, through an app you choose. It is not live tracking and it is not a safety guarantee.

3. Your account

You may use most of the app without an account. An account is required only for My Concert Buddy Plus, the cloud copy and submitting events. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself, and for what happens under your account.

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. Deletion is permanent.

4. My Concert Buddy Plus

Plus is an optional yearly subscription. The price is the one shown by the store on your platform for your country, in your currency, at the moment of purchase. Payment is taken by the store, not by us. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and cancelling is done in the store's own subscription settings — that is the only place that can stop the payment.

Safety features — the signal screens, your own message, the torch and basic location sharing — are free and will stay free.

We may change what Plus includes. If we remove something substantial from Plus, we will tell you before your next renewal.

5. Events you submit

If you send a concert to the catalogue, you confirm that what you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to send it. We review submissions before publishing and may edit or refuse them. Published entries may be used by us in the catalogue and shown to other users.

Do not send anything unlawful, misleading, offensive, or anyone's personal data.

6. Content on your phone

Your tickets, photos and memories are yours. We do not claim any right over them. Because they live on your phone, deleting the app deletes them — unless you have the Plus cloud copy turned on.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. The offline parts of the app keep working even when our servers do not.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, the app will tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
